The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to make a return/exchange, the ordered goods must not be damaged and must be in the condition in which they were delivered by the Customer, as well as have the original packaging.

In case of return/exchange, print and complete the return form, pack it with proof of purchase and the returned/exchanged product and send it to the following address:

When we receive your parcel, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your parcel. We will also notify you if your return/exchange is approved or rejected. If your return/exchange is accepted by us, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the indicated account number or send the replaced goods.
